In the steel industry, different purlin structural shapes were given representative names to facilitate the easy description of drawings and documents. Channel sections, with or without flange stiffeners, are usually referenced as C purlin; The channel section without flange stiffeners is also called U purlin. Point symmetry with a shape similar to the letter Z is called a Z purlin.
Automatic change CZ purlin roll forming machine can produce any specifications of the C&Z profiles (during the width 100~300), no need changing any parts of the machine. It takes one hour to change C shape to Z shape.
